- Taking responsibility for an Agile Release Train (ART) and acting as a sparring partner
- Continuous development of the agile teams, with a view to the value proposition of the ART and collaboration with other trains
- Ensuring ideal conditions for an optimal workflow as well as close cooperation with the Value Stream Managers (strategic portfolio Galenica)
- Promoting the "lean & agile mindset"; advising and supporting managers, scrum masters, the ART core team and other stakeholders
- Close collaboration with Product Management, Agile Coaches and System Architects to ensure the ART is aligned with strategy and objectives
- Experience in change management and taking responsibility for the further development and optimisation of agile organisations
